Michael Raven began his career with four hundred, seventy five dollars, a desk and a catalog in an antique mall space eight years ago. With moral support from his mother who worked second shift in a factory in Ohio, he quietly built a client base which spans the globe.

Abandoning the pursuit of a chemical engineering degree in college to follow his passion, he worked as a jeweler for one of the most profitable independently owned jewelry companies in the world. Observing the impersonal service, and sterile atmosphere found in most jewelry stores, he struck out on his own.
Modeling himself as a personal concierge, unlike most jewelers that are introverted or anchored to their own design concepts, Michael re-created the jewelry design experience by being personally available 24 hours a day for people on the go in varying time zones, as well as maintaining files for each client containing vital information such as ring sizes, chain length, metal and stone preferences. These files also contain, in his opinion, equally important information such as household pet names, birthdays, anniversaries, and even favorite beverages which he will unfailingly have stocked for all appointments.
Traveling anywhere at any time to meet his clients in Miami, New York, London, or Australia, he has discreetly garnered business among celebrities and CEO's of many prominent companies worldwide. His
clients ultimately become friends and he spends
holidays with many of them.
Being one of the few Master Jewelers that has his very own diamond and gemstone cutters, he has over 5,000 diagrams someone can choose from for custom cut stones. Having over 90,000 items readily available doesn't hurt, either.
